We’re changing the street smart tour to make it higher quality and have moved the date to June 1st. We’ll be focusing exclusively on triplex conversions, the best residential real estate investment in Toronto right now. But if you know much about triplex conversions, you know these can be complicated and difficult – but that’s where we come in! We’ll walk you through the entire process, so by the end of the tour, you should know everything you need to do in order to convert a single-family home into a cash-flowing triplex!

Here’s what you’ll learn

• The triplex business model and why it makes sense
• How much capital is required? (Hint: It’s not for a beginner, but it’s well worth it!)
• What we look for in a property. What are the key physical aspects that make a property a good candidate?
• How to estimated construction costs
• Navigating the approvals process (permits, committee of adjustments, etc.)
• Complete financials (ARV, rents, cashflow, and ROI)

Who is this for?

• Serious investors ONLY who have the ability, capital, and mortgage qualification to invest in downtown Toronto. No tire-kickers.

2. A real-life full gut-triplex conversion that is just beginning.
