Ming is a passionate educator and brings 20 years of real estate investment experience in Toronto, the GTA, and Southwest Ontario to the Volition team. He loves nothing more than to teach, mentor and advise.
Ming has been a guest speaker on various national platforms including Erwin Setzo’s – The Truth about Real Estate Investing, Austin Yeh’s – RISE Network, The REITE club, and David Debeau’s – Property Profit Podcast. Ming’s background in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and construction experience gives him a unique analytical lens on investing, and a practical approach to implementing investing strategies.

A former client-turned-teammate, Florence has been an advocate for Volition and its mission to help investors build wealth since inception. With an Executive MBA from University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, she is an accomplished business strategist who is leading the charge to grow the brand presence, client base, and revenues sustainably.
Florence is also applying her extensive renovation and project management experience to oversee large-scale multi-family construction projects on behalf of clients.
A self-professed real estate and investing nerd, Wilson doesn’t settle for surface-level metrics of what is active and sold in the market.
He firmly believes that the best real estate insights come from diving deeper; he always wants to know WHY a market moves. That’s why he keeps a close pulse on macroeconomics indicators that affect real estate as an asset class (ask him about long and short term debt cycles).
Wilson has been using this holistic approach to serve his clients over the last 7 years as a realtor in Vancouver. Born and raised in Toronto, he has been living in Vancouver for the last 20 years and has returned home to Toronto to continue on his mission to help everyone understand that real estate is not necessarily something with nice appliances, shiny quartz countertops – rather as an asset that can help them achieve their financial goals.

An award winning designer, Alcina has transformed countless old Grandma style homes into luxury legal multiplex cashflow machines for Volition clients. She is also our resident in-house stager, and is our secret weapon in getting top dollar for our seller clients.
