Street Smart Tour: The Best Investment Properties To Buy in Toronto in 2023

Following hot on the heels of our October 2022 Construction Street Smart Tour where there was a lineup of nearly 100 people ??? out the door and around the block, we are doing our first Street Smart Tour of 2023!
We toured two types of properties that would be suitable for TWO different types of investors:
1. Owner Occupied House-Hack Investors: A duplex or triplex where you live in one unit, and rent out the rest. Typically there is a nicer “owner’s suite” that is suitable for the investor’s own personal use, and 1 or 2 other rentals units to help with the carry costs. These properties aren’t always necessarily the same as #2 below…
2. Pure Investors: Buy & Hold Triplex that produces the highest amount of rent on a per capita basis. These properties are Volition’s “Bread & Butter”, and we’ve helped investors invest in over a QUARTER OF A BILLION DOLLARS in these types of properties.
The Proformas of these properties were analyzed as a group afterwards at a local establishment.
