“Coronavirus – What sophisticated investors are doing!”

As the Coronavirus spreads through our community, the impact to our daily lives here in Toronto is unprecedented. Unsurprisingly, we’re getting asked constantly about what we believe the impact is going to be to the real estate market. To address the urgent need for help with our investor community, we’re changing our agenda to tackle the most pressing questions about the virus and your investments. Questions we’re going to address are:

Should I be worried about the market? What will the impact be to Toronto?
How can I protect myself during the downturn?
Short term and executive rental impacts?
How will my financing be impacted?

We’re also going to discuss how to take advantage of changes in the market and how to set yourself up for future success.

We will be holding this meeting via our Zoom bridge which is limited to 100 connections, so attendance is a first come, first serve basis. Join the bridge early! In April, we’ll continue with Part 2 of our Quick Start series, so stay tuned for that!
